2. EU Representative (Article 27 GDPR)

Where required under Article 27 GDPR, we will appoint a representative within the European Union to act on our behalf regarding data protection matters. Details of the appointed representative will be made available upon request.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as our data processing activities do not fall within the scope requiring mandatory designation under Article 37 GDPR.
